  • Any project that is not Commercially Distributed, including but not limited to:

    a.     Corporate videos

    b.     Videos sold to third parties for non-commercial use (i.e. wedding, graduation videos)

    c.     Videos created for educational purposes

    d.     Theatre, Indie Film & Festival

  • *The music composition can be licensed to others/

Exclusive

  • Commercially Distributed projects, including:

    a. Online streaming (YouTube, Vimeo, Netflix & all major streaming platforms)

    b.     Television & Radio Programming

    c.     Video Games

    d.     Mobile Apps

     

  • Film & Theatrical Production (Budget under $1,000,000)

  • Paid Advertising (Television & Radio)

  • 12-Month Exclusive usage (during the term; composition will not be sold to others). After the term is complete you will have a first right of refusal to purchase a perpetual exclusive license at a negotiated rate.

  • The option to negotiate an extended license or in perpetuity after the term
